• Conflict of Interest Training - Self-register by entering your email and name. You will then receive an auto-generated email to create a password and begin the training. Complete both the State Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Law Training  AND the Acknowledge Receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees requirements. After you have finished the training, we will receive notification of your completion status.

    There are TWO parts to this training, so please be sure to complete both:

    SELF REGISTER:


    Start by self-registering for an account using the    Create Your Account    button.

    Enter your prsd.org email address, first and last name, select Pentucket Regional School District from the Organization drop down menu, and click Get Access, which will generate an email containing a link to create your password (minimum of 8 characters 1 upper and 1 lowercase letter).

    After completing this self registration process, you may begin the State Ethics Commission Conflict of Interest Law Training (link provided below), and then move on to the Acknowledge Receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees.

    When accessing the State Ethics training, it may take a minute for content to load, so be patient. You will be given the opportunity to select a language for closed captions.

    WHAT IF I HAVE TO PAUSE THE STATE ETHICS COURSE?

    If you need to pause or leave the presentation for a period of time, when you log back in again, it will pick up (resume) where you left off.

    WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I'M DONE WITH THE STATE ETHICS COURSE AND THE ACKNOWLEDGE SUMMARY RECEIPT?

    As you complete each requirement for the training, an auto-generated link will be emailed, which will allow you to view, save, and/or print your certificate. 

    WHAT DO I DO WITH CERTIFICATES?

    Keep the certificates for your records only.

    You DO NOT need to email your certificates to HR, your administration, or anyone else.

    The state will notify the district of your completion status once you have finished.


    WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I COMPLETE THE STATE ETHICS COURSE?

    After completing the 1 hour State Ethics course, please complete the Acknowledge Receipt of the Summary of the Conflict of Interest Law for Municipal Employees. After you finish this, you will have satisfied all Conflict of Interest requirements.
