    Facilities
    A completed PRSD Facilities Request Form must be electronically submitted AT LEAST 10 days prior to the requested event. Your event is NOT secured until you receive written confirmation.

    Audio-Visual (A/V)
    Any event held at the PRMS or PRHS at which audio/visual support is required, must electronically submit the A/V Support Form AT LEAST 30 days prior to the approved event to guarantee support.
